Tamara Tedder is a nationally recognized business development executive, mortgage banker, and entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience in mortgage lending, recruiting, leadership development, and organizational growth.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida State University and an MBA in Global Business, Tamara has built and led high-performing teams across the mortgage, real estate, insurance, and financial services industries. She has successfully recruited, trained, and coached hundreds of professionals while developing scalable systems for career development, business growth, and leadership.
